White Elephant may be a name you recognize and associate with their popular pipe filters, but now the brand has branched out into tobacco pipes!

White Elephant pipes nod to the Italian neoclassical style which put a slight twist on the classic French and English pipe shapes. The playful approach to proportions and finishes distinguish this style, and White Elephant make it their own.

The White Elephant aesthetic favors contrasting finishes from rim to outer bowl and matching accents throughout the design. For instance, the Serengeti line with its natural wood finished rim, stem dot, and ferrule which tapers out in a stylish flourish.

Then we have the Ebony and Ivory line, featuring chrome ferrule and stem dot. The contrast between the ivory white stem and dark gray body resemble an elephant tusk, cleverly bringing the concept together.

It’s these stylish subtleties that define the attractive elegance and creatively tasteful White Elephant aesthetic. They don’t take dramatic liberties with recognizable shapes, but still have a distinguished style that is their own—not such an easy accomplishment for a newer brand, especially at such an affordable price range.
