Sutliff Black Toasted Cavendish
I had forgotten just how tasty a dark toasted cavendish tobacco tastes. TS23 is a mild easy smoking tobacco that smells nice when smoked. A very good change from the English and Balkan blends I usually smoke,

Interesting
So right off the bat, in the jar you'll get that same cavendish scent that so many aromatics are based on. Even without a topping this is still sweet on the nose. All the way through, it's almost like you're smoking an aromatic, but without being an aromatic - if that makes any sense. It's a nice change. For me this hit like a medium to medium-full bodied tobacco. I smoked two bowls in close succession and it was almost too much. Nice for an occasional change of pace.

for very seasoned smokers
A quality leaf.

above average
This is a great tobacco to blend with a milder cavendish like a flavored golden tobacco to reduce the harshness of the toasted affect. I will order it again.

Rich, yet mildly sweet
Tin (bag) aroma is a full, hearty smell without being inherently sweet. And then there's the hint of sweetness in addition to that. Room aroma is subdued and easy to be around. This is great for mixing, or using as a base, if you want something gentle, mild, and subtly sweet.

A very nice blend no sticky dottle good aroma, not too sweet, but mild.

TS23 Black Cav
Some of the best black cav out there.

TS23 Black Cav
This is a very fine Black Cav that I intend to use as a base to blend great tobacco for a great woman.

Sutliff TS23 Black Toasted Cavendish
The product tasted extremely dry and with a bitter after taste. It had very poor mouthfeel. I ended up having to "hydrate" it and soften it by blending it with a pound of "Dark Chocolate" and a pound of "Kahlua and Amaretto" just to give it a softer, "wetter" mouth feel. The regular Black Cavendish is MUCH BETTER. I will never use this product again.
