It's nice looking. The clamp and seal are cheaply made. I filled it half full of water and latched it closed. Flipped it over. And water leaked all around from the seal. So, it's not airtight. Its big enough. That a quart mason jar will fit in it. Thats how I will use it to hold my favorite tobacco.

Quality
The ceramic is excellent. The latch system is cheap and a piece of garbage. I am using it to store pipe cleaners since there is no way I would trust his latch and seal to protect any tobacco.

Cheap latch
Beautiful jar but sad they use such a cheap latch. It will just be used for display since I would never trust the latch system to keep the tobacco in an airtight jar.

Great storage
The jar is large enough and great for a display with my other jar. I really like the bold Mac Baren/ Sutliff logo on the front. Really gets a conversation going.
