Not your typical aromatic
I hadn't smoked a pipe for a long time and I finally bought myself a church warden pipe to take me to Middle Earth and decided to try this blend to kick things off. It smells wonderful in the bag. It smells wonderful in the room. It tastes very mild. Low nic. I just bought 2 more ounces.

Very pleasant
This is the first pipe tobacco I've tried in over 20 years. I wanted something that wasn't laced with flavorings and was pleasant in the air on our back porch so I wouldn't send my wife and daughter scrambling for the door to go back inside. And I wanted something that tasted good...like tobacco...not peaches...or cherry. This one hit the mark. It's very mild in flavor and low in strength. A very nice tobacco to keep on hand.
