Savinelli Roma 320 overall review
Arrived with a slightly loose stem, & a scratch on the gold band that takes away from it's looks.. Aside from that, it has a decent draw, but out of the 4-5 different bowls I've tried in it thus far I'd say it's all well & good but not great. It's weight & thick stem shape make it difficult to clench, the bowls don't stay lit no matter how moist or dry the blend is, nor how loose or tight I pack them. I've also tried it with & without charcoal or metal filters. Again, it's a fine pipe. No major complaints, but I don't reckon I'll turn to it very often. I feel as if I could have gotten more enjoyment out of a different shape such as the bent apple or 310 Prince. Just sayin.

Beautiful pipe, but..
I was excited to receive my new Savinelli Roma 320 with the dapper lucite stem & gold band, but it arrived with some paint scratches on the band, which kind of takes away from it's overall look..the missing gold on the left side is noticable, and though it obviously doesn't take away from the performance of the pipe, it does unfortunately hold it back from being a 5 star satisfied purchase. It was wrapped very well, so I doubt it occurred during delivery process. Which means it must not have been thoroughly inspected before being approved to sell for full price then shipped.. Oh well..luck of the draw I suppose. :/
