A unique aspect of the Savinelli 310 model, is that instead of a downward facing, concave chamber rim, the bowl lip is actually pointing upwards, which showcases the contrast in finish found in many Savinelli pipes. Inspired by the city of Rome, the Roma black stemmed pipe has been given a rustic finish, that is slightly tinted red, and a sleek brass band, which acts as a perfect contrast medium for stain of the briar.

Suggestion for other reviewer
Try the heating tenon 3/4 inch over a candle flame to loosen up the acrylic then press down hard against a table before cooling rapidly in cold water. Dry. Fit. Repeat as necessary. There is a video on this on Y.T. I hate to hear of anyone having this problem as I went through it myself with a Rossi which now works like a charm!

Loose tenon
This brand new pipe’s tenon is so loose the bowl will slide off if you’re not careful. Expected much more from a pipe in this price range. Back to my Brigham and Ascorti, no more Savinelli for me.
