Savinelli One Smooth 601 Tobacco Pipe Starter Kit

It smoked buttery smooth like a dream right out of the box but I hated the look and feel of the plastic looking gloss and gently buffed it off for the luxury of a buttery smooth feeling/appearing natural “breathing” briar to match how it smokes. Then on impulse I gently rounded and buffed smooth the top inner and outer bowl edges and OMG. The top is slightly lighter in color now highlighting the amazing wood grain and without all the “pretty boy” pipe decorations it’s my perfect little briar.

Overall I got this for my partner and he loved it, I tried it out after him and it is a perfect size for an average time for a pipe. He says it fits comfortably in his hand and it smokes good. I would even say the price is great for what you get.

I am still a new pipe smoker, but glad I got this. I know it is a good quality and value. Had everything I needed to start and even now that I have 5 pipes, I find I still come back to this one as a favorite. Smokes cool and easy.

Excellent value! A great Savanelli pipe, nice tamper, and carrying case. I only got 3 pipe cleaners and one filter with the kit so that seems skimpy.

This was the second briar pipe I’d ever ordered. Smokes great and comes with everything you need to start smoking, save for tobacco.

What can I say? I didn't want to write a review too soon so I smoked a number of times with this pipe then decide to write this. I love the pipe the craftsmanship is outstanding and beautiful. I personally did not like smoking it with filters so thank you Savinelli for providing the adapter to go filterless. Each time i used a filter halfway through the thing would just start drawing tighter and tighter and I had enough. After I removed the filter this Pipe has become one of my favorites. Not to mention it comes with a pouch CZ tool and pipe cleaners. Wonderful gift or just to pick a new addition to your collection.
