Poor fit
I ordered two adapters and both are two big for my pipe by a hair. I can probably sand them down to fit.

Great in my corn cobs
A lot of corn cob pipes come with filters, and if you just take them out, they have an airy draw like drinking through a straw that has a hole in it. This allows you to get good pressure while still sipping your pipe without having to suck your brains out. They do fit pretty snug, though and I've had to shove pretty hard at times to get them in.

Perfect fit
These aren't just for Savinelli, I put them in my Missouri Meerschaum. I don't run filters in any of my pipes. I love these little pieces of plastic.
