**Manufacture Change: Lightly Vacuum Sealed with Plastic Seal On Tin**
Sam's Flake is a blend that you may have never heard of, but that is a shame. This is an underrated Samuel Gawith tobacco that utilizes only two strands of tobacco: Orientals and Virginia. What is excellent about this blend is the pleasant room note, which you may not expect. We suggest you give Sam's Flake a try and let us know how you like it!

Pipe tobacco
Was a very nice flake... came a little moist but still ready to smoke... nice sweet and sour Orientals! A must try.

Samuel Gawith Sam’s Flake
The Kendal Mayor’s Collection is full of fruit notes and a rich tobacco flavor. Sam’s Flake is full of the flavor of ripe plums and easy to prepare flakes.

Samuel Gawith Sam's Flake
I am a huge fan of Samuel Gawith's tobaccos; I have smoked the Navy Cut, the Chocolate Flake, and Squadron Leader for 20 years. I was curious to try Sam's Flake and ordered a tin when it was available. I have now smoked 3-4 bowls and I am very disappointed. After breaking up the flake, and allowing it to dry out a bit, I loaded a favorite pipe and sat down to enjoy. The initial flavor was grassy, with a slight hint of the Turkish notes, and not much else. I would recommend taking a pass on this blend and sticking to the others.
