Rinaldo pipes are a relatively new company in the pipe smoking world.
Elio and Guido Rinaldo, two brothers from Pesaro, Italy, started carving smoking pipes as teenagers in the 1970s. After apprenticing with some more well known pipe making companies, the duo banded together to form their own business in 1987. After earning a reputation for their high quality smoking pipes, the Rinaldo brothers still hand carved their product today. The Rinaldo history is one of the more interesting stories to learn.
Tobacco pipes from Rinaldo are made with fine Mediterranean briar and feature acrylic stems. Their pipes are known for having a comfortable mouthpiece and delivering a superior smoking experience.
The two Rinaldo brothers work in harmony together, carving about 1,500 pipes each year. Since they are the only carvers in the company, this is the limit of their output.
