Wow
I'm not one to do reviews all the time. I have to brag a minute though. First off I'm new to pipe smoking. Around 4 or 5 months now. This is one of my favorite pipes I've bought so far and definitely my favorite bowl shape. What I really want to brag in is Tobacco pipes. The first one of these I got in had a bubble in the finish. Not knowing any better I thought it would be fine and started smoking out of it. With in a week the bubbles got worse and eventually the finish started to peel. I called them thinking nothing could be dun because I had smoked out of it, thought it was worth a shot though. I got grate prompt customer service. Tried to call twice couldn't get through so I tried email. By the time I got the email sent the phone was ringing. He walked me through the return process and before I could get the return filled out I had a reply to my email with a paid return label and apologizes to boot. Very very friendly prompt customer service. Thank you for running a great business with friendly staff. I got my new one back I'm today and it's in perfect condition. As a small business manager I would hire any person I talked to to work for me. Thank you again. Very very pleased!
