Great!
This pipe is fantastic! Makes me want to keep track of my friend's consulting detective firm. Super deep bowl, smokes cool and for a long time with little to no gurgling. The plip is different, that's for sure, but I like it a lot. It is heavy, but the way it's bent, the weight is distributed well so it's easy to clench and you don't even notice the weight. Mostly I hold my pipes but it's nice to have the option in case I need to do something like writing about a peculiar case, this pipe feels great in the hand as well. The only negative thing is that it doesn't pass a cleaner well till you take it apart due to the bend and the plip, but I haven't had any issues with gurgling so it's not even really an issue. All around fantastic pipe for a nice, long relaxing smoke. Had to break it in Peterson's Sherlock Holmes blend, but so far everything I've put in it smokes very well.

Peterson Sherlock Holmes Pipe
I like Oom Paul pipes and the "Peterson System" which collects a bit of moisture but still allows the full flavor to com through. This pipe didn't disappoint. I look forward to getting it broken in and enjoying it for years to come.
