My mixture 965
I am thoroughly enjoying this tobacco but feel that I should qualify that I'm quite new to the pipe smoking fraternity. After reading a few reviews I must say I'm really firming on the Paterson products having found great enjoyment from their Standard Mixture and Nightcap also. After a fairly disappointing time with the Borkum Riff Original tobacco this has been possibly my favourite so far. No tongue bite no problem packing the 965 and a consistency throughout the entire bowl. Lovely!

My MIxture 965
This is a nice tobacco that edges into English territory without being overwhelming. I live in a semi-tropical climate where it's too hot to smoke heavy English style tobaccos for fully half the year. 965 is a good compromise in my opinion. It has enough strength and body to be satisfying and can be a good contemplative smoke if you want that. I keep an extra tin in my cellar to be sure I don't run short.

Peterson Mixture 965
This blend had me front the start. I had heard of this blend from Alan Harellson at The Pipe Cottage and it blew me away. I always have several bowls of this while working my cattle on the farm. This is some really good pipe tobacco. Keeping several tins of this in my cellar.

Peterson My Mixture 965
This is one of the blends that used to be made by Dunhill and was acquired by Peterson. It's a nice, smooth smoke. I tend to use this as my evening after dinner pipe as it is very smooth.

Hearty Smokey and smooth
I’ve been a cigar smoker for many years and have recently started smoking a pipe. My Mixture 965 is medium to bold smoke that is perfect for my palate.

A bit strong
For me this was a little on the strong side, be warned! Reminded me of a Balkan mix, or the Peterson Nightcap which is quite similar (perhaps more potent), I gifted to a friend and he was very happy with it!
