A Great Pipe with a Great Feel
The Peterson Aran XL90 is a beautiful pipe. The grain of the wood is unique and is what gives it beauty. I thought the pipe was going to be heavy, but I was surprised at how light and balanced it felt. I loaded some Lane 1Q in it and enjoyed my new Peterson. If you are looking for an inexpensive pipe to add to your collection, look at any of the Aran collection. I liked the XL90 so much that I ordered an Aran 306! Great smoker
I'm very pleased with this pipe. It has a great shape, feels amazing in the hand, great draw, and smokes smoothly. The bowl stays relatively cool as well. The PLIP system is great in my opinion. I get just as good of a draw as I would with a fishtail. Overall, this is an amazing pipe and the quality is unquestionable.
