Marvelous
I’m new to pipe smoking. I purchased several small samples from various tabacco producers. The Seven Seas Royal was one of my top 3 favorite. Outstanding aroma and pleasant to the palette. Worth it.

My wife's favorite!
I have tried all the 7 Seas blends from Mac Baren. I like them all! They are the favorites of my wiife, as she follows me around every time I'm smoking one of them. My go-to tobacco!

Great all day smoke!
The 7 Seas line of pipe tobacco from Mac Baron are very light and pleasant all day smoking tobacco. The Black has one problem, as my wife follows me around when I'm smoking it! Kinda a pain in the butt!

Classic aromatic
This was the first pipe tobacco I ever smoked and the quintessential aroma that I anticipated from pipe tobacco. Very nice tobacco that does require some extra dry time (about 24 hours with my 60%RH) but smokes very nice. Slow burn, mild flavour and beautiful room note.

It is what i was expecting an wanted!
When i began smoking pipe i always bought the convient store aromatics. Have since grown into latakia blends . But always enjoyed a bowl of captain black royal in the blue pouch. Was my favorite but needed a little more flavor . Well MacBaren hit a home run with this one . Its everything the CB version was lacking. More aroma , wich is wonderful an flavor. Still a light smoke but very pleasing for an Aromatic. 5 stars !

They're right
There are a bazillion reviews of this blend and about 99 percent are raves and they're right. I don't have a new take on it. It's good, try it and I think you'll end up keeping it on hand and enjoying every bowl you smoke.

Pleasant pipe tobacco
Great packaging. Nice sturdy tin can with paper insulation. Re-closes tight and keeps the air out perfectly. Even the ship illustration on the lid is pretty cool. No complaints from the better half concerning the aroma. I like the smoothness. Not harsh at all. Much, much better than the standard tobacco stand products. I will buy it again.
