KABUTO MIZO SILVER: A solid value
A solid lighter in a nice price point. The bright silver finish is uniform and shines nicely. The screws were all tight and show no signs of loosening with use. The large fuel capacity is great to have, and the dual gas ports make a wider and more breeze-resistant flame, which I really enjoy. The spark is bright and lights the butane easily. Criticisms are minimal, but here you go: The diecast cap-arm shows faint parting lines not fully polished away, and unpolished sprue marks on the underside. The underside of the arm below the pivot hole also shows some porosity to the casting. Overall, some tiny scratches were left after the final metal polishing on most surfaces. The pivot post slot is slightly out of alignment, allowing the cap to just scrape the striker wheel on opening and closing. So overall: not perfect, but what is? It's a great functioning, solid metal lighter at a good price.
