Fine VaPer Plug
A very good plug, (other makers take note), it has a great Virginia sweetness, with a hint of perique. This makes a very pleasant smoke and a good introduction to plug cut tobaccos. No bite, excellent sweet citrus smoke, and that hint of spicy from t... he Perique is wonderful A top blend in my book.

Certainly not for everyone. I know smokers who just don't like dealing with plug tobaccos. I do. Great solid tobacco. Has been a favorite of mine for some time. Cube cut, this tobacco really shines.

This tobacco is top notch, great flavor and aroma and zero bite, it does have a nic punch but it’s not super high. It leaves a very pleasant after taste also. Highly recommend!!!!

The product is good...Never had plug tobacco, I like the taste and the old style of prep. I would like to get more of this type of tobacco and try different flavors. This plug isn't as flavorful as I expected though so 4 stars...a customer for life....small company large care...

This is some dense plug tobacco!
You need a sharp knife and a steady hand. Just a few flakes will rub out an fill a bowl. Rum is in the background of this highly pleasant smoke.

The Best Dan Tobacco... Loved It!
I thought this was the finest tasting & most satisfying plug of tobacco I ever stoked into a pipe bowl. I purchased 1/2 dozen pouches & it has mated with the top five in my rotation. Needless to say, I truly enjoyed it. Try some if you get the opportunity & you won't be disappointed. If you like Escudo or other similar blends, you'll be amazed with Salty Dogs. Great stuff!
