Not good
This tasted like harsh ash the whole way down the bowl. It’s not smooth at all. I tried to pick up on some flavor notes but I got nothing. Maybe burleys not for me.

Pegasus
Great tobacco this is gonna be one of my go to tobacco's for now on.

Wonderful
This is a great burly blend. It has a sweet rye bread aroma, smokes cool and has a nutty and mellow flavor when smoked. Highly recommend especially if it is your first burly blend.

Nice and mellow
Really enjoy this tobacco. Burns cool, the taste is mellow. I get a nice earthy semi spicy at times flavor. The smell of the tobacco in the tin is like rye bread which is lovely! Wonderful burly blended tobacco and worth trying if you haven’t!

Pegasus of the Olde School
Teleport back to the glory days of American pipe smoking with this stellar Burley blend. Smokes incredibly easy and will not disappoint.

C&D Pegasus
A flavorful, rich blend for the Burley lover. Give this one a try! Medium nicotine, a gentle sweetness, nutty burley. An American Classic made with quality leaf—three burley, two Virginia’s and unsweetened cavendish to round out the blend. It wasn’t an instant favorite but I find myself reaching for Pegasus often. Satisfying in its simplicity.

Old School Excellence
Just a hint of subtle sweetness, mainly from the cavendish, which offers a very slight molasses taste. The Virginias are grassy with a little citrusy sweetness that increases with age. The plain good old fashioned tobacco taste of the burley is nutty and earthy. The symphony reminds me of whole-wheat toast. Great with black coffee. This is one fine tobacco blend (if you like codger/burley blends) The nicotine is medium, noticeable enough, but by no means strong. Burns cool and slow and wouldn’t dream of biting. I really love this stuff. This one's in my regular rotation. I slightly prefer Haunted Bookshop over Pegasus. The two blends are similar. Pegasus is a little sweeter. HB is a bit stronger and more peppery. I keep a stock of both in my cellar.
