    AWAKENED ELDER

Very satisfying and complex blend. I love the taste and "feel" when gently smoked. A contemplative experience.

    nice blend

This is a very nice blend. The kasturi adds a layer of flavor that appears from time to time giving the blend good transitions during a bowl. Power is below medium which allows more folks to enjoy without worry. This is a lighter blend for me and fits well for an occasional setting where I am a bit fatigued from my more potent blends but want lots of good flavors. I think all who want a relaxing moment should try this blend at least once.

    AWAKENED ELDER

Posted by MICHAEL E. ONEILL on 8th Nov 2020

There are two types of people in this world. Those who want to believe and those who want to know. This tobacco is superb . Yet not for the uninitiated. This is for those that have a great respect and appreciation for the longstanding history, spiritual significance and medicinal value tobacco holds. So go ahead with your choice. You will find for yourself the qualities of an awakened Elder.

    Everything but...

When I first saw this kitchen sink blend, I didn't know what to expect. To be honest, I almost did a hard pass without even trying, but there's something about it that makes it exceed the sum of its parts. Rich in flavor that seems to be unique to itself, it's not disorganized or overpowering. Easily the highlight of the Lovecraftian C&D blends, I think this may be soon prove to be a cult classic (terrible pun intended).

    My favorite tobacco this year.

I save this for my days off, early morning smoking. I savor it and enjoy it. It harsh on my nose but I love it for that. It has creosote, incense-ish taste but can be sweet too. Room note is unique and close to tasting. Came in ready to smoke. This is a hit for C&D...it has to be.

    Powerful

A good English tobacco that blows my hair back about halfway through the pipe. It has a unique aroma almost like incense. I keep this one in my truck and smoke it on my way home from work. This stuff doesn't slow me down it gets me amped I'll be grabbing gears on the interstate. It was dry as a bone soon as I popped the tin but smokes fine.
