Cobblestone Classic Maduro Grande Cigar

Cobblestone offers some of my most favorite pipe tobacco blends so it was only natural to try one of their cigars. This is what I consider a “dry” maduro. wrapper is nice with a slight oily sheen. good size cigar with a firm pack. burn was acceptable with a few touch ups needed in the first half. flavor is a nutty sort of hazelnut as most “dry” maduro cigars can be. there is a slight sweetness to the core tobacco keeping the mix from becoming too heavy. power is below medium until the last third where it picks up to about medium. Flavor picks up after the halfway mark to match the power. A few late hints of cinnamon appeared that were welcome as well. Overall this is an excellent value. many cigars cost quite a bit more but do not offer the solid profile that this cigar does. A nice full flavor maduro at a good cost is rare and that makes this cigar worth checking out. recommend to all Enthusiasts and newcomers wanting full flavor with a great value.

I have smoked 20 of these and I have enjoyed every single one. Do yourself a favor and try this cigar.
