Carter Hall Pipe Tobacco

EXCELLENT BUY IT don't even think about it. It's not a blend it's an ancient american rite of passage. 50/50 carter hall/velvet mix cured my corona. If you want tasting notes find some silly dude with a try hard beard and laughable hat, ask him. He will talk about cocoa and nuts and all manner of silliness. It's burleycentric. It's good. Stop. Just buy it.

Great low price pipe tobacco. Very few if any stems and a mellow smoke.

Carter Hall is a simple,non assuming straight forward Burley smoke with cocoa, and a nutty essence.i got this to have a change of pace smoke when I want something basic and familiar as a break from my other tobacco blends.really easy smoke classic old school "grandpa" tobacco..I like it too.

I'm 80. Pipe smoker for 65+ years. I've smoked 'em all. Expensive and cheap. I keep coming back to CH. For a sweet change, it's BCA but CH is my everyday smoke. Gotta have it. Smooth, no bite, and always pleasant with a good room note. Love me some CH! Semper Fi Mike

It's a very nice tobacco, especially for the price. Definitely a good anytime tobacco.

Burley forward. A touch nutty, earthy with vague hints of chocolate. Mild nic-hit. Does not bite. Easy to pack & keep lit. A decent all day smoke for burley lovers. Although I do enjoy this on its own, I use CT as blending tobacco to give body to other blends & to tone down aromatics that are a touch too sweet.

If you are looking for an all day, bite free, pleasant smoke, you can't go wrong with this tobacco. It's been around for a long time for a reason. Fill your pouch and enjoy.
