Rubber Car Pipe Rest
I like this product. Not perfect but better than other car rest solutions I've improvised or purchased. It comes with double sided tape with the intention you secure it to the inside of the car. I don't. Rather, the rest will securely hold most Billard-like shanks and turns the pipe into a heavy bottomed sitter when in the rest. Short of some erratic maneuvers or sharp turns of the car, the rest and pipe stay put. Busy urban driving may challenge such use, but my 40 minute, rural interstate commute provides no such driving hazards. Also, the rest securely holds a Zippo style lighter if not being used to hold a pipe.

Simple solution to a common problem.
This little guy is awesome. Sticks right to the dash and gives you a dedicated spot for your pipe. Some of my straight shank pipes even “snap” into it, which is great when you decide to go off road. Would have given it 5 stars, but the foam tape that came on it didn’t last long.
