Relaxing
This is the third tin. I know I haven’t finished my other two but I like it that much. I have 24 blends but I have those on those on the back burner. I like the light Smokey that dissipates into the tangy and light sweetness at the latter half of the bowl. Pipe- Peterson Deluxe 20s

My Holy Grail
Balkan Sasieni is by far my favorite, daily blend. A great latakia oriental forward Balkan blend. A fantastic ribbon cut that is easy to pack, easy to light and easy to smoke. The taste is rich, creamy and smooth. The room note has a fantastic incense aroma and the aftertaste and beard note are sublime. There is a reason this has been around for 100 years. It's a great blend that is reasonably priced. Over 50% of my cellar consists of Sasieni and I'm sure it will continue to grow. One word of advice. It smokes great out of the tin but if you let it breathe in a mason jar for a week or two, it becomes an even more incredible smoke.

Great balkan
I am relatively new to pipe smoking (appropriately 4 months), so my palette has not developed yet to that of a novice smoker. However, my experience with this blend was fairly pleasant. Upon opening the tin I noticed the smell of a long burning campfire. The tobacco is tightly pressed, which I assume is to retain moisture content in packaging. While loading my cob, I found the tobacco to pack easy. After loading I was able to get it lit off one match. The room note is the same as the tin note deep smokey woodsy, but I noticed when retro-hale it gave a slight peppery taste, which really caused me to salivate. I found this blend to behave very well and doesn’t need constant relights. I know that I will get flack from tobacco snobs, but I found that after smoking 1/3 of a bowl and revisiting the bowl about an hour or so later smoothed out the taste, making it more pleasing to smoke. Overall I enjoyed this blend and will be ordering several more tins. I already have one set aside to age for the next year or so.

English
It burns great to the end, without relighting it. The orientals are very present, with an intense taste. Very good choice for an English blend.

Fantastic English
I feel like this guy is a little underrated even though it's always a top seller. You don't hear much about it and when you do it is kind of just whatever. In my experience anyway. Maybe because of the cheaper price point or maybe because the seasoned piper knows to keep the really good tobaccos on the DL so it doesn't sell out. I don't know but, I do know its amazing! I currently have Blackhouse, Bengal Slices White, Squadron Leader, Plum Pudding Reserve, and Ashton Artisan Blend in my rotation. I like this better than everything but Plum Pudding which is saying a lot! It consistently behaves well from staying lit to no tongue bite, and It comes at a perfect moisture level. Its complex as well as delicious and leaves a really nice flavor in your mouth when you're done. I REALLY enjoy it. Solid smoke that English lovers can't go wrong with. Cheers!

Balkan Sasieni pipe tobacco
I'll make this short & sweet. Balkan Sasieni is an oriental forward, English/London style tobacco. It's those wonderful oriental tobaccos that make this my one & only smoke. I.M.O., if you haven't tried this tobacco, that's good. More for me when I reorder. If you have, then you understand just what it is I'm talking about without my spewing any more rhetoric. Nuff said. Go & grab some.
