For the price of this cigar, it has a mild vanilla smell, there is little or no after taste. I rate this as a TEN

BEWARE AROMATIC - and not very good
I greatly Arango pipe tobacco... Balkan Supreme. I thought well, based on the name, it would be a decent cheap stick. WRONG.... it was hard not to toss the first. I'm sick thinking about the purchase. My mistake not seeing they were aromatic. This is the first time I have been stuck with a box I cannot enjoy even a little. I do like many aromatics too, but these are just papery and disappointing all around. Swishers are better, and Backwoods are MUCH better if you want an aromatic. I'll give them away to non-cigarbees at a party or something, but they'll never know what a decent cigar is, so that is kind bad too. A real disappointment. Fair Warning if you like good cigars. 2 Stars, because it does burn decent, but I should use the box for fire kindling I suppose.
