Amphora Blends
First time trying Amphora Burley & Amphora Kentucky-I liked the burley but I loved the Kentucky. Both were a bit dry but did not interfere with enjoying them The Burley pouch did have a large amount of stems

I was very pleasantly surprised!
This was from the May Care and Share and I really was surprised that is was from a brand you see so commonly. An outstanding taste and smokes really well. It has become a real favorite.

Fantastic!
I was pleasantly surprised by this blend. Since it’s a “pouch blend” I wasn’t expecting much. I couldn’t have been more wrong. This is a truly great, full flavored and delicious medley of DFK and VA. It is very close to HH ODF, but less tangy/BBQ flavors/aromas. This blend is sweeter, and smoother. I really enjoy it.

Amphora Kentucky
Amphora Kentucky for me was a surprise, in the fact it came in a pouch. Dark Kentucky in a broken flake. Not to overpowering as some Kentucky's can get. ODF is my other go to. Defiantly will add this to my buy again list.

All-Time Favorite
I love the dark-fired blends, and this is a favorite. Always a satisfying, long smoke whose aroma is strong but never overwhelming (my wife loves to sit near me when I use it). It makes for such a slow, long smoke that I have to be sure I have the time before lighting it up. Wonderful stuff.

Very good!
This is a very good Kentucky blend. similar to Old Dark Fired, but slightly sweeter.

It is Where the quality and price meet
As with all Amphoras produced by Mc Baren Company this very Kentucky Blend is a fine tobacco being quite a similar to Mc Barens HH Old dark Fired but has a bit more floral notes, less Bbq ,the strength is about the same as ODF which presumably is of a higher quality blend, hence the price.
